Qualified in Dentistry from Sheffield University Dental School. After various general practice and hospital posts I completed my specialist training in Orthodontics at the Royal London & Southend Hospital, followed by Post CCST training at Guys and Sidcup Hospital. I started as a Consultant Orthodontist at Guys Hospital and East Surrey Hospital before moving to Cambridge and becoming a Consultant at Addenbrookes NHS Trust. I also work in private specialist orthodontic practice. I am an examiner for the M.Orth examination at the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a member of the BOS Education committee.
